Modify Frame Rate is a micro extension for Aseprite that provides an option to speed up or slow down multiple frames simultaneously to a percentage of their current frame rate.
Extension adds
- New menu option - Frame > Modify Frame Rate

It’s a custom brush + Curve tool, you can use custom brushes with almost all tools to create some interesting effects. Here’s a demo showing this. ✌️
